After you upload your CV, Snatch will automatically filter your CV to the right categories based on the answers you will fill for the questions that will pop up, ex; are you a student or a graduate? What major? Years of experience in the field, what kind of field are you interested in?
This will make it easy for the companies to search and filter their way to the CV’s.
– Is Snatch free to use for job seekers?
Yes; all it takes is a CV to upload and answers to fill the questions!
– How do I upload my CV on Snatch?
Don’t worry! All you need is to prepare your CV as a file; by going to the home page and clicking on “Get Snatched” you can drop your CV and click next. After that you will need to fill the questions:
* Student, Graduate, other
* Major ex: Accounting, Finance.
* years of experience, ex; 0-1/1-3/3-5/5+
* experienced fields: accounting, IT, Marketing, Lead Generation, etc. (you can add a description).
– What information should I include in my CV for better visibility to companies?
Other than the basic information such as the major and the field you’re experienced in, nothing! All it needs to have better visibility is the matching between the CV and the answers that you submit to the questions!
– How do companies search for candidates on Snatch?
By applying filters such as what major they’re interested in and/or how many years of experience, and what fields that they want to fill their vacant positions.
– Is my personal information secure on Snatch?
Definitely; all the information that Snatch receives are used ONLY for potential hiring and finding jobs, our DATAbase collects the CV’s and filters it to the right categories to ensure smooth visibility and ease of use for the companies to Snatch.
– Can I apply for specific job categories or industries?
Yes indeed! after uploading your CV; you must submit the answers that Snatch requires; including what fields you are looking for or what industries you specify!
– What happens after I submit my CV?
Snatch will automatically store your CV in the right categories; it doesn’t have to be in one place, it could be in multiple places based on your major, years of experience, fields that you’re looking for to make sure you get snatched by multiple snatchers and for higher chance of finding a job!
– Are there any additional services or resources available for job seekers?
You can create an account for free so you can monitor your CV progress such as how many companies took a look or scouted your CV, which and how many companies tried to Snatch your CV, you can also update your CV and view in which categories the CV is being viewed!
